Meet the staff
Paige
With 17 years of experience (yes, she started when she was basically a baby herself), Paige is a seasoned pro in all things tiny humans. She’s done it all—center care, nannying, running her own home daycare—so trust us, she’s seen everything (including the impressive ability of a baby to sneeze directly into her coffee).
Paige specializes in non-mobile infants, which means she’s an expert at keeping them happy, cozy, and working on those all-important skills like tummy time and the art of an elite side-eye. She lives for baby giggles and milestone moments and is basically the hype squad for every “first” that happens in her classroom.
When she’s not knee-deep in diapers and baby snuggles, Paige loves camping, hanging with friends and family, and managing the adorable chaos of her 5 pets at home (which probably explains why she can handle a room full of infants without breaking a sweat).
We’re beyond lucky to have Paige’s warmth, dedication, and top-tier baby soothing skills on our team—because when she’s around, every day is filled with cuddles, milestones, and just the right amount of baby spit-up!
Amber
Amber didn’t just choose a career in childcare—she saw an opportunity to snuggle babies all day and ran with it! With 12 years of experience (and counting), she’s basically a baby guru, specializing in tiny humans who can’t talk back yet. She loves watching little ones discover the world—whether it’s learning to roll over, grab a toy, or perfect their "feed me now" cry.
Before becoming a pro at soothing infants, Amber spent five years living in Germany, which means she’s got a passport and a love for pretzels the size of her head. She also used to dominate a bowling league, so if you see her expertly rolling a swaddle or tossing a diaper into the trash from across the room, now you know why.
At work, Amber keeps the babies entertained with her singing and dancing skills (she swears they love it), making every day feel like a tiny, adorable concert. When she’s off the clock, she’s all about Netflix, family snuggles, and maybe plotting her triumphant return to the bowling alley. We’re lucky to have Amber, where her warmth, humor, and mad baby-whispering skills make our daycare the happiest place on Earth!
Cameron
Cameron is our Lead Teacher and resident baby expert, with 2.5 years of experience wrangling the tiniest humans. She’s got the magic touch—one minute, she’s soothing a fussy infant, and the next, she’s orchestrating a baby art project that somehow only gets paint on the paper (most of the time).
Her favorite part of the job? The fact that no two days are ever the same—because let’s be real, when you work with babies, every day is a surprise (and sometimes that surprise is a diaper explosion). When she’s not expertly navigating nap schedules and bottle feeds, Cameron is studying radiology at NDSU—because clearly, she doesn’t believe in taking it easy.
Outside of work, you’ll find her shopping, watching movies, or skiing (probably not all at once, but we wouldn’t put it past her). Whether she’s leading a stroller brigade on a fresh-air adventure or crafting tiny masterpieces with our littlest artists, Cameron brings passion, creativity, and a whole lot of fun to our daycare!

Callie
Callie is our fearless Lead Mobiles Teacher, meaning she’s basically a baby personal trainer—coaching tiny humans through the rigorous Olympic events of crawling, standing, and that wobbly first walk. With 4.5 years of experience, she’s seen it all—dramatic faceplants, triumphant first steps, and the occasional “I’d rather roll than crawl” strategy.
Nothing makes Callie happier than seeing a baby’s face light up when they finally conquer a milestone (or when they realize their chubby legs can actually move them places). She’s always right there, cheering them on like the world’s most enthusiastic sideline coach.
When she’s not hyping up babies, Callie is busy being the coolest aunt ever to six (soon to be seven!) lucky nieces and nephews. She spends her free time reading, baking, and soaking up sunshine at the lake—because, let’s be real, after chasing infants all day, she’s earned it.
Whether she’s leading a baby dance party, narrating a dramatic board book reading, or coaching a tiny tot through their first crawl, Callie makes every day in our daycare full of fun, laughter, and just a little bit of adorable chaos!
Zara
With over 20 years of experience in childcare (and an undisclosed amount of experience in grandma-ing), Zara is basically a baby expert with a PhD in fun. She’s raised her own kids, spoiled her grandkids, and in 2022, she decided retirement was way too quiet—so she jumped back into the action with our little movers and shakers!
Specializing in mobile infants (aka tiny humans with zero fear and 100% determination), Zara keeps up with their non-stop energy like a champ. Her secret? A mix of pure love, next-level patience, and just the right amount of grandma magic. Her favorite pastime? Turning up the tunes and getting the whole class dancing—because nothing says “fun daycare” like a bunch of wobbly toddlers grooving to the beat!
When she's not leading dance parties, Zara is making waves—literally! As a water aerobics instructor, she proves daily that grandmas can outlast toddlers and outswim the best of them. Whether she's in the pool, the gym, or the playroom, Zara brings energy, enthusiasm, and a whole lot of heart to everything she does. We’re beyond lucky to have her keeping our daycare full of laughter, learning, and the occasional baby breakdancer!
