Meet the staff
Ashlynn
Ashlynn has spent the last 4.5 years wrangling tiny tornadoes (aka 18-24-month-olds) and somehow making it look effortless. She’s basically a toddler growth coach—helping little ones go from wobbly walkers to snack-time negotiators with expert precision. Watching these tiny humans learn new things brings her so much joy, even if it means answering “why?” a million times a day.
Ashlynn has some experience working with kiddos on the autism spectrum, which she found incredibly rewarding—because let’s be real, every kid is unique, and she’s got the patience of a saint (and the energy of a caffeine-fueled superhero).
When she's not knee-deep in crayons and finger paint, Ashlynn loves reading and coloring—because after a full day of toddler adventures, a little quiet creativity is a must. Her favorite classroom activity? Messy, over-the-top, explosion-of-color art projects. (Apologies in advance to parents for the glitter. It never leaves.)
With her caring nature, boundless creativity, and ability to keep a room full of toddlers entertained without summoning chaos (most of the time), Ashlynn is an absolute rockstar on our team!
Tyawna
Tyawna may be newer to the childcare field, but she has a true passion for teaching and working with children. After having wonderful experiences babysitting, she knew she wanted to work in childcare. She especially enjoys teaching children new skills, encouraging their curiosity, and celebrating the excitement that comes with learning something for the first time.
Outside of work, Tyawna loves getting lost in a good book. When she's not reading, you'll likely find her spending quality time with friends and making new memories.
We're excited to have Tyawna as part of our team and can't wait to watch her continue making a difference in the lives of the children she cares for.
Kendyl
Kendyl is our fearless Lead Toddler Teacher, bringing 7 years of experience and endless energy to our lively little crew. She chose a career in early childhood education because, let’s be real, who wants to sit in one place all day when you could be building forts, squishing Play-Doh, and chasing tiny humans around?
Specializing in toddlers, Kendyl’s favorite part of the job is watching her little ones hit milestones—those triumphant moments make all the giggles, messes, and wobbly steps totally worth it. Her fun-loving personality shines during playtime, whether it’s a creative Play-Doh masterpiece or a castle made out of cushions.
Parents might not know it, but Kendyl is a concert aficionado—she’s been to over 50 shows! When she’s not wrangling toddlers, you’ll find her diving into true crime documentaries and podcasts, soaking up the sunshine on a boat, enjoying coffee dates with Seth or friends, or somehow squeezing in gym time—because chasing toddlers clearly isn’t enough cardio.
Kendyl brings fun, energy, and a dash of adventure to every day in our toddler room, making it a place full of laughter, learning, and just a little bit of chaos!
Esmeralda
Esmeralda, who goes by Esme, has been working in childcare for three years and brings a fun, caring energy to the classroom. She loves making children laugh and enjoys the joy and excitement they bring to each day. The children inspire her and keep her motivated through their curiosity, personalities, and everyday discoveries.
Esme is bilingual and loves sharing her Spanish language skills with children and others. She enjoys helping others learn new words and introducing them to a new language in a fun and engaging way.
Outside of work, Esme enjoys watching movies and playing arcade games.
Esme brings a unique blend of patience, creativity, and joy to the classroom, helping create a fun and welcoming environment for the children.

Myah
Myah has been working in childcare on and off since she was 14 years old and has always had a passion for working with children and helping others. Her favorite part of childcare is watching kids have fun, make new friends, create crafts, and share lots of laughs throughout the day.
Outside of work, Myah enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves her lemon beagle, Charlee, who she spends lots of her time with.
Myah's caring personality and love for helping children learn, grow, and have fun make her a wonderful part of the Legacy Childcare team!
Mya
Mya has been part of our toddler classroom since she joined the Legacy Childcare team, and the children absolutely adore her! She loves spending her days playing with the toddlers, helping them learn new things, and watching them grow. Seeing the children smile, laugh, and have fun is what makes her happiest.
Mya has always known she was good with kids, which inspired her to pursue a career in childcare. In her free time, she enjoys shopping and spending time with family and friends.
We're so grateful to have Mya sharing her kindness, patience, and playful energy with our toddlers each day.
