Meet the staff
Ashlynn
Ashlynn has spent the last 4.5 years wrangling tiny tornadoes (aka 18-24-month-olds) and somehow making it look effortless. She’s basically a toddler growth coach—helping little ones go from wobbly walkers to snack-time negotiators with expert precision. Watching these tiny humans learn new things brings her so much joy, even if it means answering “why?” a million times a day.
Ashlynn has some experience working with kiddos on the autism spectrum, which she found incredibly rewarding—because let’s be real, every kid is unique, and she’s got the patience of a saint (and the energy of a caffeine-fueled superhero).
When she's not knee-deep in crayons and finger paint, Ashlynn loves reading and coloring—because after a full day of toddler adventures, a little quiet creativity is a must. Her favorite classroom activity? Messy, over-the-top, explosion-of-color art projects. (Apologies in advance to parents for the glitter. It never leaves.)
With her caring nature, boundless creativity, and ability to keep a room full of toddlers entertained without summoning chaos (most of the time), Ashlynn is an absolute rockstar on our team!
Amanda
Amanda brings 20 years of life experience, 4 months of center work, and an unlimited supply of toddler enthusiasm to our daycare. She was literally born for this—childcare is her calling, and she’s the ultimate hype woman for tiny humans learning to conquer the world (one wobbly step at a time).
Specializing in kids 3 and under, Amanda is their biggest cheerleader, celebrating every tiny victory like they just won an Olympic gold medal. And if you think handling toddlers is a challenge, consider this: Amanda grew up on a dairy farm and started caring for 50 newborn calves at age 9—so yeah, she’s got patience, stamina, and probably some superhuman strength.
When she’s not wrangling toddlers, Amanda is a proud serial hobbyist (which means she has more craft supplies than storage space). She’s into sewing, diamond art, resin pours, kayaking, camping, fishing, horseback riding, and true crime podcasts—because nothing says "relaxation" like hearing about a good mystery. She’s also a Ren Faire enthusiast, so if you ever hear a random "Huzzah!" in the classroom, just go with it.
With her energy, creativity, and farm-grown work ethic, Amanda is an absolute rockstar on our team—and if anyone can keep up with a room full of toddlers, it’s her!
