Becca
Meet Becca — our Daycare Director and Professional Fun Maker! Becca has been part of the Legacy Childcare family for almost four years, and her journey here has been an exciting one. She started as a float, worked her way into an assistant teacher role, then became our curriculum coordinator before stepping into her current role as director. Her experience in nearly every part of the center gives her a unique understanding of both our staff and the children we care for each day.
Becca earned her degree from North Dakota State University in Human Development and Family Science with a specialization in Child Development and a minor in Business Administration. She loves watching little ones grow—whether it’s taking their first steps, learning to hold a pencil, or finally mastering the word “snack” (arguably the most important toddler vocabulary).
Originally from Bismarck, Becca is a snowboarding, lake-loving, adventure-seeking superstar. When she’s not at work, you can usually find her carving up the slopes, boating, or spending time with family and friends. Her energy, dedication, and passion for early childhood education make her an incredible leader and an important part of what makes Legacy Childcare feel like home.
